The new guidelines report “In addition to the health benefits for the general public, the nutritional value of seafood is of particular importance during fetal growth and development, as well as in early infancy and childhood.”
Go Fish! Little Bites for Little Tykes helps operators offer their younger customers naturally healthy and flavorful menu options with wild Alaska seafood. Recipes include Alaska Cod Parmigiano with whole wheat pasta and marinara sauce, and Alaska Crab Mac and Cheese.
